Consolidating Risk Visibility to Build Business Resilience

This course, sponsored by Riskonnect, explores how organizations can strengthen resilience and operational efficiency by unifying risk management activities under a single, consolidated framework. Participants will learn how to eliminate departmental silos, continuously monitor risks, and address evolving threats—from cyber incidents and AI-based vulnerabilities to changes in regulatory requirements. Emphasis is placed on integrating third- and fourth-party oversight, aligning with frameworks such as NIST, and employing proactive methodologies that transform risk management from a reactive firefighting mode into a strategic advantage.
